Data you send through the request form or the questionnaire: name, email or phone number, organisation, the text of your message and your answers about the project.

Technical data: the page from which the request was sent, campaign tags (UTM), referring site, IP address, browser type; with analytics enabled – cookies of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics [confirm which services are used].

3. Why we process it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and agree on a contract.

To understand which pages and channels bring requests and to improve the site (in aggregated form).

We do not sell your data and do not send newsletters without separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

5. Where the data goes

Requests are delivered to our mailbox and to a private Telegram chat used by the project team [confirm; cross-border transfer – check with a lawyer].

The site is hosted by Timeweb (Russia). Analytics providers process technical data under their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

Requests that did not lead to a contract – up to [12 months – confirm] after the last contact; then they are deleted.

Correspondence related to a contract – for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it – write to info@turastudio.ru. We reply within the period set by law.
